How do I update my account information?

Our Client Support Team is always here to help you with your account. To change or update information they will fax or email you the appropriate form to sign and send back to us. Once we receive the completed form the correlating changes will be made.



What if I have questions about my account or my equipment?

Our highly trained Technical Support and Customer Service Department is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any questions that you may have. In addition, your Account Representative is always available as well to assist with anything that you may need.



What credit cards will I be able to accept?

You will be able to accept Visa ®;, MasterCard ®, American Express ®, Discover ® and debit cards. We also offer Diner's Club ® and JCB ®.



I do not have a store front. I often work from my home or will sometimes go to my customer's location. Is this a problem?
