Sales Manager /Agent Director
The Sales Manager position is responsible for developing and maintaining a high performing sales team. We require the ideal candidate to be a strong leader who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with experience managing and motivating an outside sales team. In addition, this individual needs to reflect a proven track record in sales and training others in effectively selling high value, service providing solutions to businesses nationwide. This position will directly report to our Director of Sales.
The role of our Operations Manager is to run the day-to-day operations of the business with a sole purpose to find ways of making the company more productive by providing effective methods in its business operations. This individual usually prepares program budgets, facilitates several programs within the company, controls inventory, handles logistics and interviews and supervises employees. Qualified candidates will need to have a strong leadership background and must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently. In addition, this position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to think on your feet. This position will directly report to the executive management team.
The Accounting Manager will handle the financial reporting and general accounting functions within the organization. This individual will manage a small staff and collaborate with all finance and administration personnel. Basic job duties include company payroll, accounts payable, residual reporting, maintenance of accounting records and general ledgers, preparation of all financial statements and assisting the executive management team with quarterly and annual budgets. This position will directly report to the executive management team.
